and omg, my grp was commented for having a very nice swimming pool

and a very nice sandcastle for zone 1!!!

WE HAD FAREWELL YTD!

It was like a BIG BIG PHEWWWWWW......

After months of preparation,

yesterday was our end product.

especially the scrap books, blog and video.

everyone put in so much effort.

well done people!

and yeah

FINALLY

very happy that it was a success!

and seriously enjoyed it alot too (:

so much fun hanging out with the seniors,

they are just an indeed very fun batch.

oh, not forgeting..

SERIOUSLY, FOOD WAS MARVELOUS!!!

potato salad, baked rice, chicken chop, sotong balls, fishball, nuggets, curry, jelly, drinks, and many many other things are all very nice. ALL VERY NICE!

i must say that the 12th have good culinary skills!!

YOU ALL MUST COOK MORE!!!!!

P.K matches with seniors were fun!

Had fun laughing off at shona's laughter, and everybody "ziji-ness" to win.

well, seniors mayb better in basketball,

okay, we had some technical problems with the projector

so we had to just make do with the laptop, which is so much smaller!

Seriously, i think i can't take it anymore!

expectations of me from ms tang, coach and everyone else is like a mountain,

its really pressing me hard.

they keep saying i've the best qualities and i've a big advantage as a forward.

i knw i'm not good enough,

i knw i seriously need to improve.

i knw all that.

but there's a limit,

every match i tell myself somethings that i wish to improve and see..

and i will try my best to accomplish all that.

and to be truthful, i did see myself doing some of the things which i expect of myself.

in the aljunied match, i seriously gave my best.

after that i cried, bcos i knw i have given my all, but i've still not meet coach or anyone's expectations.

even when i did my best, its still not gd enough.

and the seniors also think we played horribly too.

over the 6 matches in youth cup, i think i've improve.

but okay, i knw its not enough.

you all always say bao is the only one running for fast breaks.

is it as though i didn't run? i did.

haish, but its just that i'm not fast enough. i knw that. i am slow.

you all said that if the opponent defend bao very well and don't let her get the ball, we will be doom.

I know, i know

i know bao is doing alot of things on court.

but i'm trying very hard alrdy!

substantiate pressure is good for improving, but not this.

i'm not blaming anyone, its me that thinks alot.

But with coach, ms tang and ms yau always saying the same thing.

and seeing bao and the rest trying so hard..

i still cant meet up to expectations.

it becomes so presurising to me that seriously during today's match i dun dare to do anything.

i'm afraid of making mistakes.

i'm afraid what i do will be not gd enough.

don't worry peeps, i'm alright

i will be fine soon

i will still try my best to improve.

but RAH!!!!!!!

i just need some rest.

A positive attitude may not solve every problem but it makes solving any problem a more pleasant experience.

Never give up, for that is just the place and time that the tide will turn.

In basketball, winning is not everything, it's the process that is the most important.

Just go confidently in the direction of your dreams, do not worry. Worrying is like a rocking chair, it gives you something to do, but it doesn't get you anywhere.

Every flower grow through dirt, so without failures, there wouldn't be success.

There is a right way and a wrong way to do things.

You can practice shooting 8 hours a day, but if your technique is wrong, then all you become is good in shooting the wrong way. Get the fundamentals down and the level of everything you do will rise.

There are only two options regarding commitment, you're either in or out. There's no such thing as life inbetween.

While one hesitates because he feels inferior, the other is busy making mistakes and becoming superior.

Man's reach should exceed his grasp, or what's a heaven for?

Don't measure yourself by what you have accomplished, but by what you should have accomplished with your ability.

If you have a positive attitude and constantly strive to give your best, eventually you will overcome your immediate problems and find you are ready for greater challenges.

These are all quotations which i find them to be very meaningful.

Seriously, i feel that i've become more matured.

yep, i understand this now.

even if the situation is very bad, there will surely be something that is not.

no point getting yourself all worked up, angry when the people you are angry at won't know anything about it. you will only make yourself not happy, so why not make the best out of what's available? HEHE!

I know i can't blame anyone, because its not their fault too.

I did my part alrdy, so its up to the rest to go or not.

there's always two sides of everything.

NO CONFIDENCE = ZERO

No matter how hard you work during training,

If you don't dare to play during a match, you are equals to zero.

Don't grumble about how much time you are given to play on court,

because its not what we can control.

What we can control and do is to do our own part.

Train hard on the basics, stamina, speed, & CONFIDENCE!

Put in effort to do whatever stuffs we are asked to train.

And when given a chance, just give in your all.

Not everyday is sunday.

so don't expect everything to go in your way everytime.

Work hard for your goals, success and victory never comes easy.

It's not about how long it will take for you to succeed,

but,

DO YOU HAVE THE CONFIDENCE IN YOURSELF?
